AIESEC in University of Moratuwa aims to celebrate diversity in culture through Global Village 2023. Exchange Participants from countries around the world coming to Sri Lanka for programmes offered by AIESEC will join AIESECers from 19 universities in Sri Lanka and the university crowd of University of Moratuwa on this day. Everything is all set for Global Village 2023, the biggest cultural event in the calendar, to be held on the 22nd of August 2023 at University of Moratuwa.
It will be a feast of cultures full of various languages, food, attire, music, dances, people and more elements that define a culture. Stories of their heroes and heroines will be told and hands will be held to dance to the same beat. Unique delicacies will be shared pleasing your tastebuds with more stories they mumble about their histories. Colourful attires and ornaments will beautify the event with their authenticities. Music and dances will be admired. And above all, life long connections will be made.
Global Village 2023 will be the dainty slit in the insubstantial barricade separating history from the present that you can look through and even put your arm through to touch and feel the wonders of time.
