AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization, with a worldwide youth network. Our goal is to empower the youth leadership through challenging environments by providing youth with international volunteering, teaching,
and internship opportunities. Trailblazers was created as an initiative by AIESEC in the University of Peradeniya to connect our country’s budding leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs with professionals in the corporate sector to truly chart their dreams in the world of work.
Trailblazers has grown significantly since its inception back in 2017, adapting to the ever-changing careers and industries in Sri Lanka.
