Additionally, the government announced the launch of a special eVisitor visa, which allows fans to stay in Qatar for up to 30 days for the World Cup. The eVisa is available for residents of more than 80 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany, and can be obtained online in just a few minutes. This will make it easier for fans to travel to Qatar for the tournament, as they no longer need to apply for visas at embassies or consulates.
